Marc-Henry JEAN, Founder – Yes to Love
On September 16, 2020, Marc-Henry Jean survived a suicide attempt. This experience motivates to relaunch and focus his efforts to grow YES TO LOVE. no to hate, an initiative he had launched 2 years earlier that focuses on Mental Health, Education, Entrepreneurship, Community Service, Diversity and Inclusion.
Marc-Henry finds strength and inspiration to help others in his personal story as a Haitian who has lived and survived two major hurricanes in his hometown of Gonaives as well as the catastrophic earthquake that killed more than two hundred thousand people in Port-au-Prince, on January 12, 2010.
As an Epileptic Haitian man, Marc-Henry hopes by relaunching YES TO LOVE, he will inspire others to do whatever it takes to choose life over anything else.
Marc-Henry doesn’t rave about his academic and professional accomplishments, as they don’t define who he is. He only wants to be defined by serving his purpose in life as a public servant who contributes to help other people spiritually and financially.
